The Emergency Services Training Centre is working closely with Openhouse Products to provide you with a selection of products suited to the training that you’ve received.
To support the ‘European Pre-Hospital Trauma Care’ course, the EPTC Response bag has been designed to carry all of the recommended equipment as used in training. This bag has been designed with input from representatives from all aspects of Emergency Medical Care.
The clam style opening allows quick access to all equipment and the colour coded removable modules have been designed to organise equipment into clear procedure categories.
On the outside of the bag is a removable BASIC FIRST AID module that can used assessed without opening the main bag and as usable separately as a waist bag. This module has internal netted sections that keep the contents organised.
The bag is fitted with a removable divider that has a water resistant clear pocket containing a dedicated Intubation module. The divider can also be used as an incident / trauma note board that is carried via a detachable neck sling.
Provided in the bag are 3 x 1.5 meter webbing straps that can be used individually to carry component parts or combined to create a lowering strap.
The removable cylinder holder has been designed a multi-functional item:

- Emergency spinal board for infants
All aspects of the bag are clearly labelled with our heat transfer reflective printing, this saves valuable time when accessing equipment.
Both the bag and all of the pouches are fitted with zips that can be locked with tamper proof security seals, adding protection and peace of mind that the equipment is ready for use. The bag is made from our exclusive micrAgard™ material adding to that security as it is anti-microbial meaning that no germs can live on it. It is also water resistant, ensuring your equipment inside will be kept dry during wet conditions.
The bag has two grab handles, one at the top and one at the side, so that the bag can be carried either vertically or horizontally. In addition to this it also features adjustable backpack straps which can then be stored in a pocket on the back of the bag to prevent the bag becoming a tripping hazard while in use. The user is also provided thanks to the added lumbar support, reducing back pain and helping posture.
This bag is made to order meaning we can make it in any of our micrAgard™ colours and print a logo or wording of your choice, tailoring it to fit with any medical facility.
