We are dedicated to reducing waste by repurposing materials wherever possible. Our shredding waste is sent to a local goat farm, ensuring it serves a new purpose rather than going to landfill. 

We donate our unused cotton reels to local schools for educational and creative projects. Additionally, our material cardboard roll centres are given to local drama societies, supporting the arts and encouraging sustainable creativity. 

To minimise waste, we prioritise reusing packaging materials. This helps to reduce our environmental impact and ensures that materials are given a second life before recycling. 

We have implemented advanced lighting systems and innovative water heating solutions to significantly lower our energy consumption. These initiatives contribute to a more sustainable working environment while reducing our carbon footprint. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are transitioning to a paperless operation. Our online filing cabinet allows us to manage documentation digitally, and we are always exploring new and innovative ways to digitise our processes. This move not only reduces waste but also enhances accessibility and efficiency. 

Whenever possible, we opt for carbon-efficient delivery methods to help lower greenhouse gas emissions and ensure that our distribution processes align with our sustainability values. 

We have recycled our scrap micrAgard fabrics to bring you the Essentials Range. By repurposing leftover materials, we ensure that valuable resources do not go to waste while offering high-quality, durable products that align with our commitment to sustainability. 

Sustainability is an ongoing journey for us. Our Production Supervisor plays a key role in researching and implementing new technologies to improve our manufacturing processes in Birkenhead. We regularly assess our operations to stay at the forefront of industry advancements, ensuring we continuously enhance our sustainability efforts.
